Paint the town red
Wearing ShopAkira Deep Lapel Blazer with contrast inner lining, Topshop lace cutout chiffon blouse, vintage pleated skorts, H&M oxford flats, pony hair leopard print clutch from random online shop
This red shophouse nestled in the heart of town is definitely one of my favourite places to shoot in Singapore, because the colors are just a perfect backdrop for the clothes. I wore this neutral palette outfit to my runway walk for Lowry's Farm, which explained my elaborate hair and makeup in these photos.
I really like Shop Akira Black Label's deep lapel blazer because the material is really soft and light, which is great for Singapore's weather. I can safely layer this without worrying about sweating. And the contrast inner lining in coral adds just a little pop of color to my outfit :) Shop Akira ships internationally and they stock many of my fav labels including Jeffrey Campbell, Mink Pink, Low Luv by Erin Wasson and many more cult labels. They also have their own inhouse label, which offers a wide range of amazing cutout dresses. This topshop blouse is one of my most worn item in my closet cos it's so versatile, despite it tagged a UK16. I can wear it as an outer over vintage floral print dresses, or with leather shorts and ripped tights for a more punk rock look.
Runway and backstage photos from Lowry's Farm will be up soon - do keep a lookout for that!
