I have a lesser collection of streetstyle shots on hand with me now because a large number of them are all on film this time round because of my collaboration with Lomography Singapore! Hopefully the film shots turn out right - I'm actually extremely worried because some of the rolls were kind of accidentally screwed up.
Anyway, all of these were shot on 19 May, on AFF's full lineup of shows. Enjoy!

I'm very encouraged by the number of style mavens that I spotted outside the shows this week and the best thing was that some of them were not people working within the tightknit fashion community in Singapore. Some of the people I shot were really just walking along the streets and I'm really happy and encouraged to see that. I feel that this year's AFF carried more punch - it may be because of the fact that Blueprint managed to hook up with so many international buyers that came to attend the runway shows as well.
This year's AFF also showcased much more young, emerging designers instead of the usual established names. In fact, there's only three of those this year - Mugler, Zac Posen and Roland Mouret. Speaking of which, Zac Posen was heartachingly beautiful - more on that later.
That's all for roundup #1! Check back next Friday for part II.
oh wow, must have been a great day!!
